"I am very impressed with the service I received from First Flight. Everyone (Line personnel, reception, managers, avionics) went out of there way to provide great service. I needed a IFR transponder check and there were complications. The Avionics Team resolved the problem quickly (very knowledgeable) and completed the check on time. As a result, I was able to leave on time for Oshkosh (had a great time). As it turned out, I needed to file IFR. Everything worked great thanks to Ryan, and Rianna."

"In the 18 years I have owned this airplane, I have had maintenance performed by 5 different maintenance facilities. First Flight is definitely the top of the list. Customer engagement and responding to unexpected difficulties is the best. Tiffany found and repaired a problem with my engine monitor that my previous shop said they could not find and even the monitor manufacturer misdiagnosed. Ryan and Duncan made the extra effort to be sure my plane was ready for Oshkosh. First flight is truly first in my reckoning."
